Great experience

I was approved for an amount less than what is normally accepted and with less-than-perfect financial situation. Their website is clear and easy to use; I got my account set up quickly and it allowed me to adjust my payment amounts to suit me. I could even set it to take the payments on a four-weekly basis on my payday rather than the same date each month, which makes my budgeting much easier. Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

Customer friendly and informative

I've used frf twice and it's because they are able to adapt to my needs if they changed eg. At the start of the pandemic I was able to change my payment schedule without any hassle. They notify a week or so before a payment is due to be taken out. Reviewed on: 16th August 2021
