Easy, Clear process, Patient, understanding staff..

I Have always been cautious when applying for finance on a vehicle due to a less than perfect credit history, but had no choice due to my car failing suddenly - essential for my work! so because of this, I had no end of questions and concerns at the beginning of the process. the staff I spoke to were friendly, patient, clear and honest, putting me at ease and at no point did I feel pressured or mislead, a feeling i'd come to know all too well previously. the application went through successfully and I got a car from a reputable dealer, there was a fast pay out by first response (within 24hours!) meaning I was back on the road quickly! The APR is less than desirable unfortunately, but understandable given my credit report. they have given me a chance to prove my credit worthiness and most importantly kept me on the road. Felt like they really wanted to help

Amazing service
