I used first response finance to get a motorbike out. As I previously had bad credit I wasnt confident in getting accepted however one of the team I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and talked me through all my options. I got accepted and had my bike the next day. All my dealings with them have been very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend and use again. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

I have been with First response finance for over 10 years, from my very first application I could tell how helpful this company were going to be, explained every thing in detail from interest rates, payments and also gave me different options for re payment. I choose first response finance due to my bad credit but since my first application to now my credit score is now I’m a very good place and that’s also thanks to first response finance for accepting me in the first instance. I am able to get finance for other company’s now due to my credit score being green but wouldn’t chance to anyone else now. They are also able to provide me a personal loan too which is so convenient and quick and easy process with immediate decisions. I once bought a car that caused serious problems for me and ended up stranded 250 miles from home and First response finance were able to get my car recovered and taken back to my home, car ended up being a death trap and any payments I had already paid towards it were refunded and a new finance put in place so I was able to buy a new car within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend First response finance to anyone looking to buy a first car or if you have bad finance. My interest rates are now more than half when I started as they always reward your loyalty. AMAZING company highly recommended Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

I have been with first response since I passed my test 4 years ago in that time I’m on my 2nd vehicle with them. Ive now used First Responce twice for car purchases. A pleasure to deal with. Both transactions were well explained and quick to sort out. Agree a limit with First Response , find a car from a reputable dealer, call First Response with the details and you’ll be driving home in your new vehicle within 24hrs.
