Brilliant customer service, lovely people, excellent prices

I've been with Geoffrey, and its predecessor name, for about five years now and I just couldn't see myself changing. The staff are super, the prices competitive, and nothing is too much trouble. Great Customer Service

Having never heard of Geoffrey Insurance before I was a little bit wary. After reading reviews I decided to give them a go and I'm glad I did Reviewed on: 25th August 2018

Best company I've insured with in 45yrs.

This is my second year with the company. My insurance was less this year than my first year's costs. I have found them very polite and helpful any time I phoned with a query, and very compassionate when I phoned recently to say that I had been diagnosed with endometrial cancer and was about to have surgery (following instructions given in literature received from the hospital). When I returned home after surgery there were beautiful roses waiting for me that Charlotte and the team had sent to boost my recovery. I have told friends and family about this wonderful surprise in the past few weeks, and everyone has been amazed at the care and compassion shown. Most stating that they've never heard of any insurers giving anything to customers without the customer having to claim and often fight for compensation! Reviewed on: 25th August 2018

Excellent price and excellent customer service.

I have found that Geoffrey insurance have an excellent customer service team who are knowledgeable and friendly and you do not have to go through loads of menus to speak to someone, you just phone and they answer! Their car insurance price also beat everyone else. Reviewed on: 24th August 2018

IT'S SO EASY

THE STAFF HELPED SO MUCH WHEN WE CHANGED OUR INSURANCE ,WITH MY HUSBAND UNDER GOING TREATMENT FOR PROSTATE CANCER WE HAD A FEW COMPUTER AND MEMORY PROBLEMS BUT THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND UNDER STANDING. Reviewed on: 24th August 2018
