Extortionate renewal

Had first year at £27/MTH. Renewal came through at over £80/MTH!!!! Called to query as no new claims, 10+ years NCD and same car (standard DS3 HDi). Even the advisor was shocked but nothing he could do. BYE BYE Geoffrey, hello elsewhere at £30/MTH Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Excellent friendly company

This is my 2nd year with Geoffory insurance, did shop around, but they hadn’t bumped the prices like most insurance company’s do, they give me the best price to start with. Really personal online video and paperwork, had to phone them as there was a couple of protest Alex amends to my insurance, very helpful and friend. Excellent point of sale service

Excellent customer service. Straight through to a human in the U.K., rather than endless computerised options and then someone who barely speaks the lingo!
