Bristol Credit Union Essential Workers

Lots of people could claim to be essential in the Covid-19 crisis and I think credit union workers might be among them. Certainly they will be essential to many, many people in the aftermath of the lockdown and, from my experience, the people at BCU are well up to the job. Friendly and efficient, proper job! Very easy and amazing

I’m a single mum and was having trouble with moving and money but Once I’ve signed up for Bristol credit union, everything was made easy for me. Moved to a 2 bed flat and the deposit was paid by BCU to my landlord. And as agreement I just have to pay them back monthly to which I can very much afford. Staff are very helpful and friendly as well, had some questions so rang them and they helped me with everything I needed to know Reviewed on: 12th June 2020

Brilliant!

I have had a loan, used the Bristol pound account and the savings account. I am also proud to say I am a bond holder. Everyone is fabulous. I am a complete technophobe so really struggled to start with to access everything. They took my phone calls, talked me down, and then talked me through how to access my accounts. They've had to issue me with new passwords. And all without a murmur. And... when I was placed on furlough my loan payments were placed on hold immediately. They are just wonderful in every way. Bristol's number 1

I took a loan out and had no trouble ,there a very good company I love to save a bit for a rainy day and if I want my money it's easy to request it and goes straight in my account .There brilliant and I would recommend to friends and family without a thought ..well done credit union .
