Excellent, efficient, trustworthy and friendly

I've been with GWCU for years, both for savings and loans. Always had an excellent, friendly and helpful experience with them. They are trustworthy, very efficient and go above and beyond to help. Their interest rates in loans are fair and interest on savings is good. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

Fair, Flexible Support for Me and My Colleagues

I am incredibly grateful for the support Great Western Credit Union (GWCU) has provided to me and many of my colleagues through the Money@Work scheme offered in partnership with St Monica Trust. Their savings and loan options through payroll deductions are straightforward, convenient, and most importantly, affordable. The deductions from my pay are fair and never feel overwhelming, allowing me to manage my finances comfortably without stress. GWCU truly understands the needs of their members and offers excellent customer service and flexible financial solutions. Would highly recommend

I was kept informed throughout the process and funds were made available promptly. Would certainly recommend as an alternative to bank or building society lending. I felt I was treated fairly and my application was treated on a completely individual basis. Reviewed on: 1st July 2025
