Good for borrowers and savers

Professional, knowledgeable,consistently compassionate

I had cause to take out a loan for a car whilst I was working, the whole process was very straightforward. Simple to apply for and the customer service was amazing at helping me to ensure that I was able to afford the repayments, explaining things very clearly so that even I could understand it. Unfortunately, due to a life changing health event, I became permanently disabled and had to take medical retirement. The whole team have treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and helped me to find a way through this difficult financial time. I am now happily repaying the loan and I am even able to save a small amount each month with the Union at the same time. I am so grateful for GWCU and often recommend to friends and family. I can't thank them enough. Professional, knowledgeable and consistently compassionate all the way through, taking a lot of stress from my already chaotic life. Thank You to all. I have been with them for many years now

I have been with them for many years now in the past they have bailed me out when needed but mostly I save with them because they make it easy to access your savings to put back in your bank account when that rainy day turns up. So I am covered in three ways with them because i can either save for that rainy day which may never come saving the need for a loan. Or get a loan or simply save where the interest rate is good to. Wonderful ethics great staff

I've been with GWCU when it was Wyvern savings and loans, having this account helped me get back on the credit rating after becoming bankrupt. t's the people that make a difference at GWCU.

t's the people that make a difference at GWCU. Compared to my high street bank (which shall remain nameless, but think black horses), the service is completely stellar, helpful and friendly. Having had a saver and occasional borrower account,...

Having had a saver and occasional borrower account, firstly with Stroud Credit union for decades, when hearing about the merger and planned move to GWCU, there were reservations on my side, but the move over was seamless from this Customers viewpoint, easy to set up and use my now online account, and I'm very happy now with my experience with GWCU so far and ongoing.
