Absolutely disgusted by Halifax bank I have been going through a divorce where have to pay my ex wife a lot money ever month what but me in to my overdraft and each month and when I speak to them there advise there nothing there can do as legal I to pay back the money in my over draft but legally I need to pay my ex wife… there have taken the humanity out of bank there process are inhumane and there say I have the same conversation over and over again well of course I do I example me situation each time and there say there nothing there can do now I been told by a judge that I need to sell me house to pay my ex wife I stop paying her to stop going in to my overdraft so now I have no wife no house and I’m going back to overdraft absolutely disgusting Reviewed on: 12th March 2024
