Easy transition from one bank to Halifax with great cutomer service

I recently changed current accounts from NatWest to halifx. The process was smooth and any help I needed was readily available. The account has some good perks and the mobile app is very clear. I would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 21st April 2015

The customer service team is extremely waste.

The customer service team is extremely waste. They do nothing but waste your time when you contact them for anything. Whether it’s chat service or over the phone calls.
