Customer service - non-existant

Having offered a money transfer Halifax has made it completely impossible to do so. I am not impressed. They have wasted my time and effort. Reviewed on: 24th October 2016

0% Balance Transfer Credit Card

The card is very easy to manage using their online service and with regular balance transfer deals it takes the hassle out of shopping around for other deals. Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

No problems, but nothing special

They are just so approachable and fair

It contends less well for rewards and cashback. this card is ok if you pay the balance each month

Unable to easily switch to another account within Halifax

I wanted to switch to the clarity credit card, because of the free international transactions. However, to do this I had to close my current credit card, and wait 30 days before I could re apply for the clarity Reviewed on: 9th January 2015
