Great App

When you look at your clarity card transactions in the app, not only does it tell you how much you spent in local currency and GBP, but also has a little map so you can see where exactly you spent it too! Reviewed on: 7th July 2019

Loyal cutomer refused Clarity card

Despite having banked with Halifax for over ten years, never having had an overdraft and always in credit by four figures I was refused a clarity card for my forthcoming four week trip. Could not do it on line, branch could not do it and I was obliged to call at the branch several times and still refused and advised I had to do it via telephone banking going through all the questions again. Appalling behaviour by Halifax, but good news for me. I have moved to Starling and TransferWise and could not be happier with my choice of banks Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Halifax Clarity gives me peace of mind when travelling abroad -it’s widely accepted; gives near perfect rates with no fees and even cash withdrawals are charged at a reasonable %. Customer service is easy to navigate and statements are clear and easy. Reviewed on: 13th January 2019
