Excellent service over past 20 years

Have always had my mortgage with Halifax. Have moved several times, been through a divorce, re-mortgaged for extensions etc. Service always good, fully recommended Reviewed on: 4th December 2018

Mortgage

I was given great advice and information for my first time buyer mortgage. After careful consideration of the two products, I took out the 5 fix mortgage payment. Reliable

Fantastic

I was told I would have trouble getting a mortgage due to being self- employed and back living in the UK for only a few months following a stint of living abroad. They were able to not only offer me a mortgage but with an exceptionally competive fixed rate. Excellent customer service and my online mortgage account is easy and efficient to use.
