Unable to transfer ISA away from Halifax.

I have been bounced around Halifax in branch, phone and emails for nearly 4 months trying to transfer an ISA away from them. I would never use them again, their customer service is hideous. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

I had ISA with halifax for many years.

I had ISA with halifax for many years. I transferred it to other bank to new fixed ISA. But I transferred partial amount only. Rest of the amount they presumably sending me by cheque...still waiting more than 2 weeks and closed my account without sending me any acknowledgement.
