I entrusted them with a significant amount of money, but when I attempted to withdraw my funds, issues began to arise. My withdrawal requests were repeatedly delayed, and eventually, all communication from their side stopped. It became obvious that I had been scammed. While searching for a way to recover my money, I came across a recovery service called Roberts Lee via Staunch View ORg ( Roberts Lee 618 Gmail com, which specializes in assisting fraud victims. Although I was initially skeptical, I decided to reach out due to my situation. From the start, their team was responsive, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about handling cases like mine. They took full control of the process, dealt with Imperial-Finance on my behalf, and worked diligently to resolve the matter. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026

I have been trying to transfer an isa

I have been trying to transfer an ex… I have been trying to transfer an ex junior ISA to a much better and much higher percentage supplier for nearly a year. I have had multiple cancellations by Halifax for a multitude of reasons. I’m sure they will run out of excuses eventually, but this is costing money. I will visit the “local” branch and try again. I.S.A. transfer fiasco

They lost my I.S.A. transfer £1000's when I transferred to another provider. I had to go into their branch who admitted that they did not know where the £ was. After many phone calls which did not rectify the problem. Only after I contacted Daily Mail money page did they actually sort it. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Branch closure left us with issues

Our local branch closed down, they were always so helpful in there. Now I am stuck with online banking but can't access my child's account this way so I will have to find another branch to sort it out. I will have to change banks to one where all our family accounts are accessible online, or I can go into a local branch to sort out. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Unable to transfer ISA away from Halifax.

I have been bounced around Halifax in branch, phone and emails for nearly 4 months trying to transfer an ISA away from them. I would never use them again, their customer service is hideous. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

I had ISA with halifax for many years.

I had ISA with halifax for many years. I transferred it to other bank to new fixed ISA. But I transferred partial amount only. Rest of the amount they presumably sending me by cheque...still waiting more than 2 weeks and closed my account without sending me any acknowledgement. It's very annoying and still waiting for my cheque by post. Called to them many times, no clear answer. Reviewed on: 5th August 2024
