Rubbish return

Simple well run product

For what it is this is good, easy to use and access. However the whole saving thing gives no returns anywhere at the moment. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2017

Easy to use ISA

I've banked with Halifax for a while now and always use their ISA Saver. It can be accessed online and it gives a warning if you withdraw money so that you are aware that you will lose allowance for that year. It's a good rate, and each year you can renew it to the new latest rate. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Quick efficient account

Good Customer Service

When I have needed to call Halifax they have always been very happy to help, providing excellent customer service. Ignorance finds its reward

I knew next to nothing about saving money with an institution and was both nervous and a little anxious about committing to such a step. Fortunately, Halifax led me through all the options and the ramifications and implications of choosing each one. Low rates, but easy to use

informative, concise, genuine and friendly service

Me and my partner wanted to start saving our money to help us get a mortage and wanted to do so in the most effective way possible. We chose Halifax to do this with but didn't really know where to go from there. From having a meeting with an advisor, we were talked through all the options and really felt that the informative we were getting was honest and took into account our best interests rather than just being a sales pitch which you do sometimes feel you are getting at banks.
