No incentive for loyal customers

Have had my ISA with Halifax for years, but have just moved transferred all my money. Halifax ISA and savings interest rate has been consistently low for the past few years, where some other providers offer considerably better rates. As there is no incentive for me to stay, they have lost me as a customer. Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Very satisfied customer

What's the point
