At such a daunting and uncertain times for the mortgage market, I am so very pleased we chose to mortgage our new home with The Hanley. From our very first enquiry, all the bumps along the way and right up until the very end, Jane Longmore was profressional, warm and helpful the entire way through. Having brought a new property, it was never going to be a quick process however, Jane was patient and efficient every step of the way. We really cannot thank her enough, Even down to the lovely card Jane sent on completion, it’s the little things. Superb support throughout the application process.

I scoured the market for an equity release product that suited my needs for over a year and eventually found the Hanley. They recognise that people may use savings to fund their living expenses instead of drawing income - and are therefore willing to look at assets (e.g. pension funds) when reviewing affordability. The advisor on my case, Jane Longmore, was absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful and efficient. She supervised and guided throughout the whole process until a successful conclusion. I contacted Hanley Economic directly for some mortgage advice after I had some issues going through a broker. I dealt with Lana Beech who heard my situation and was straight on the case to sort my mortgage. It was quick, efficient and pain free!
