Since 1961when we took out a mortgage with you and savings account until interest rates dropped service has been excellent. Happy to be back with a fixed rate bond (stay as you are). No complaints, jus good service. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

Had a problem when setting up access to their online...

Had a problem when setting up access to their online account. It required me to change the user ID after using the one sent in the post, all seemed fine apart from the system was slow, re logged in with the new ID logged out, then tried following day only to find the ID is wrong. I then phoned their help line with plenty of time before 12noon on the Saturday, a good 20 minutes, was put on hold and then the line cut off bang on 12, now with online account I would have thought they would answer all calls placed before the deadline of 12 noon most of the other BS do. Online Fixed Rate Bond Account

Registered details for an online Fixed Rate Bond Account over 2 weeks ago. To date received no update on my application. Sent an email for an update, no reply. Invested elsewhere. Reviewed on: 8th November 2023
