postal application for savings account.

sent cheque on 23rd May. In early June try to phone. Recorded message saying high volume of calls or similar.. Call 2nd and third week of June. recorded message about application status is muffled and broadly indecipherable. Go on live chat. Type out request for status of my application and get automated reply chat unavailable. Respond to feedback request. Type out my issue again...no submit button..when clicking on some irrelevant prompt it goes back to previous page so doesn't seem as if you can leave feedback. Very disappointed with lack of customer service. Have had £2000 languishing to no purpose for 3 weeks. Nothing on website to let you know what situation is. Heard 8th June but that's it. How difficult is it to include an update online as recorded message is unclear. Reviewed on: 15th June 2023
