Outstanding customer support

I'm a long standing member of the Hanley Economic Building Society as I had an account opened my my behalf by my great -granny in 1960. As the account hadn't been active of late I needed to verify my ID details for security reasons (which in itself is reassuring) It was so good to talk to polite staff with a sense of humour.
