Very easy to navigate their website.

Very easy to navigate their website with lots of information about stocks and shares. and easy to purchase and sell them. They provide all manner of products, including ISA's and funds as well as share accounts, and management fees are reasonable. My only criticism is the cost to purchase and sell shares, which they are about to reduce to a more reasonable level for the small investor. Free would be ideal though, as provided by Freetrade.
