Great service

Quick and polite customer service and effective and efficient services. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

Great platform high share fees

Overall a great platform with excellent advice for first time investor. However share dealing fees are very high and out of sync with others, especially considering platforms who charge no transaction fee. Therefore my advice only use HL if investing in funds or a large holding of shares. Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Investment For Beginners!

if you have little investment experience this app is easy to use and you can see easily what your trading and how your investments are doing. Weather short or long term its all in your control, highly recommended Reviewed on: 28th June 2020

Simplistic as it gets...

I have bee with HL now for a while and have found them to be the best investment product. It is a very sismple layout, great for first time investors. Moreover I have introduced them to two people I know and they too have been very pleased with the service. Finally their customer service team is helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 11th May 2020

Clean design

Need to speed up access to dividends

An OK platform with reasonable rates, where they let themselves down is hanging onto dividends, which they only payout once a month around the 10th. Sometimes your waiting a whole month to get your divi. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019
