The fact they are open 5.5 days a week whereas banks are all shut is great. Friendly, helpful staff in person and on the phone. Also they are local, not a national society. Reviewed on: 29th November 2023

A small, friendly Building Society which treats all its savers and customers fairly. It does not lower savings rates on old accounts, it treats new and old the same, which many building societies don't anymore. When contacting the Society, I am always spoken to in a warm and friendly manner and no problem is too much trouble. It's like talking to one of the family. As a new member I would recommend it to everyone, not just friends and family. Reviewed on: 29th November 2023
