We are aware of the shortcomings within our website and online portal and will continue to work hard to improve these. I take on board your comments with regards to a flexible ISA, this would be dependent upon our software provider being able to provide us with the necessary functionality and regulatory reporting systems. I'd recommend that you sign up to our newsletter via our website so that you can keep up-to-date with our new products and propositions. One again, thank you for your feedback. Harpenden Building Society is the only remaining 'bank' or building society in Tring. I like being able to go to the branch in person. I have not yet been able to log-in to my account online. Teething problems that need to be sorted out. Reviewed on: 1st January 2024
