Affordable for young drivers

I’m 18 and just got my first year of insurance with black box which helps save lots of money. It was quick delivery and the app is excellent - I recommended to all my friends starting to pass their driving tests! Reviewed on: 16th September 2024

Cheap insurance with everything we need

We like Hastings Direct as their insurance prices are always reasonalbe and they offer the same cover as much more expensive insurance providers. Reviewed on: 25th August 2018

All the cover, less of the cost

I used a search engine to find car insurance and Hastings Direct,whilst not the bargain basement bottom, was very competitive and offered all I needed such as a courtesy car for a really good price.I went with them and all communication has been fabulous so why pay more for a " name " very pleased with them. Changing car on the insurance

I bought a new car due to there being problems with my previous one. I had been insured with them for two years prior. I phoned to change my car on my insurance (already paying £600) and they quoted an extra £1200 on top of my existing £600 I already paid. I was extremely disappointed as I was a happy customer at this point and never had a problem with them. Reviewed on: 9th August 2018

Excellent renewal price

After receiving a renewal price through the post from Hastings Direct, the price was quite a bit higher than what I was paying. I called to cancel my car insurance with them and the customer service agent I spoke to put my details through again to see if they could get a better price. They offered me payments that were £10 per month lower than what I was paying and lower than all the comparison sites had given me. Very happy! Reviewed on: 17th July 2018
