Customer service

I got a swift telephone response to my online query and the mortgage service assistant was very efficient. There was a small charge for the service I needed, and was offered a document as an email or in a paper version. When I couldn’t open the secure email I was immediately offered a paper version to be posted. Reviewed on: 21st June 2023

Service received from Simone Jones today

This lady offers the most efficient and friendly standard of customer service. She could not be more helpful. She stands out in her performance. For completeness, I have to say some of the staff at the society are not helpful. My ratings relate today relate to Miss Jones only. Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Simone Jones is a credit to her organisation!

Simone Jones was incredibly patient, polite, professional and thorough in our discussion today regarding our product switch internally at HRBS. With everything going on in this unstable marketplace we are all in and to able to speak to someone like Simone (Jones) who treated my call with such respect and courtesy speaks volumes. Please pass my encouraging words onto your colleague and any new starters at your organisation need to listen to our call in training as an example of how it should be done! Consistently Excellent Service

I have held a mortgage with Hinckley & Rugby for over 20 years prior to recently redeeming my mortgage.From application to redemption, the staff have been so helpful and friendly. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. They have made redeeming my mortgage, following the death of my wife, so simple. Special callouts to Eloise and Deborah for excellent service.
