Great customer service, although the final part of the process lacked

This company has been more than helpful from the start they’ve been great and talking through each step of the process. Where it fell over for me was the fact that the money did not reach my solicitor in time for the exchange and it made a very stressful day in constant chasing. I’m not sure where the mistake lied although if you were to know that part of the process I’ll be more than happy to return as a customer. Reviewed on: 1st June 2022

Only want to take this opportunity to thank Sylwia.. my oh my she is a CREDIT to your team. So so friendly, efficient, personable & explains everything so well. Absolutely fabulous service from her - I’ve only dealt briefly with another two members - a very lovely guy I don’t recall his name. & Kimberley.. I didn’t find her all too helpful with the whole saga of sending my partners boss a employee report, or easy to contact.. poor communication skills there but I always contacted Sylwia who directed me to the right person. I’m not complaining of anyone I just like to point out those members of staff that communicate well and do a great job really make a difference in the whole experience and how we then go on to recommend. Outdated system

Please step into the modern era, not only was the process heavily outdated but we were constantly asked for documents and information that we'd already provided The rates were very strong though so kudos for that Reviewed on: 4th May 2022

Great Customer Service (because they are easy to get hold of and speak to, and deal with queries quickly and efficiently).

In April 2022 I corresponded with Alisha, Jo, and Simone from the Contract Variations Team with regard to switching my existing mortgage product. I found all of them to be very polite, courteous and helpful. As a bonus, all of them were happy, jovial and cheerful - making the whole customer experience more enjoyable. I am also grateful to them for dealing with my mortgage switch very quickly, which again highlights their commitment to great customer service. Reviewed on: 26th April 2022
