I always have the best experience coming the Rugby Branch. All the staff are so friendly and so helpful every time always answers my questions and help me out which savings account is best. John especially is so helpful and Jeanette. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Very professional helpful staff

Extremely pleased.

I was extremely pleased with help and advice given to me by your member of staff at Rugby [sorry did not catch her name],not only was she very helpful but did not treat me as though I had no capabilities which often happens with my age group.
