Unimpressed with customer service

My cruise insurance should be compensating me for a missed port due to weather in May. However, I am still waiting for a response after sending a claim form plus all relevant documents. Recently, I received an email stating that my claim has been passed onto another company because they do not deal with such claims at the company my insurance was booked through. I have sent an email to the 'new' company but have received no response. I'm extremely dissatisfied as everyone else in the cruise party has received compensation through their respective insurers.
