Easy to use and easy to set up

Great bank , when visiting a hsbc store to ask how to set up the staff were un helpfull and I was advised to go home and look at the interenet for help , so the customer service element let this down . Reviewed on: 19th March 2022

Just what you need when opening a business

A well rounded business account!

1. Easy to apply for -takes about a few minutes. 2. Application processed and accepted within a few days. 3. Easy to use app with very responsive chat feature. 4. Debit card ordered and received without issues. Definitely would recommend to everyone! Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Isn't capable of modern functions

Cannot connect to Quickbooks accountancy software, cannot connect to Google Pay or Samsung pay, sending a message like a text and then waiting for a reply is not as good as a live chat service. Do yourself a favour and choose an account that perhaps costs more but has functions you need and want, this is clearly a 'demo' style bank account and needs attention.
