Quick, easy, friendly

I've been looking for a business bank account for quite come time but with no luck. Every option had huge wait times and were quite daunting. With HSBC Kinetic it was easy, quick and when I had any questions it was all a phone call away. The app is brilliant, intuitive and super clear with everything you need at your fingertips. During tough times they went above and beyond to help me and my business become successful!!

I struggled to get my business up and running during the tough COVID times, most banks didn't take interest and put me on waiting list's for months, not HSBC Kinect, they were amazing! They set my account up within the day and helped me understand everything along the way. Their customer support is top tier, whenever I've had an issue it has been resolved immediately with helpful assistance. HSBC Kinect has helped me and my business beyond words! started of with turbulence

I have been with hsbc for a year now and although in the beginning the experience wasn't great as the app would keep crashing. but now it works really well and is easy to yse. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

Really efficient application process and good value proposition

It was a really easy to open the bank account with HSBC Kinetic and was able too start working with the service straight away. The product comes with an option to apply for finance but no hard sell. The chat function was helpful and swift on both occasions I have had to use it. My only suggestion for improvement would be to accelerate the process for linking to quickbooks as the lack of that linkage makes my accounting processes less efficient than they otherwise would be.
