Easy

Simple, easy app banking - no fuss Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Small business review

Using Kinetic has been simple which is important as a busy small business owner. I recommended easier ways to pay my credit card and they have implemented a new payment method. I find their customer service very good, every contact is professional and helpful. My only improvement point is that I can't access electronic credit card statements, which makes sending my statements to y bookkeeper difficult and it's a waste of paper! Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Very very good! Best business bank for small business

It’s been very good in the time since I have had my account! I opened my account when HSBC Kinetic first opened! It’s been amazing since! I did have one question and they answered within 10 minuets! Great overall Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Very function and easy to use

I find the ability to allocate costs under different business uses incredibly useful for tracking spend. Equally the automatic analysis of where expenditures are in a quick view is a fantastic functional business tool and overall time saving on my own analysis. It’s been great for my start up business.
