The app does not have many functions but overall is good and clean.

The app is clean and very easy to use. I have always had great experiences with the help chat, they have always answered my questions very quickly. The only problem is that international payments are still not available and the app has very little functions. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Poor product

I started to sign up for Kinetic as HSBC increased their charges for my standard HSBC. They stated that it integrated with my accounts software, but it didn't. It only draws info from your accounts software to display on their site. What's the point. I didn't actually open an account but they still send rubbish email telling me about my account. Now with Starling with full bank feeds and no fees. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Simple, quick and easy...

So simple to use. App is great and fast can organise my whole account on there. Notifications when payments are received is pretty handy too. I would certainly recommend kinetic and glad I opened my accounts. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Quick set up & easy to use - great for a small business

I was delighted that my HSBC Kinetic account was up and running the same day that I applied for it - seriously impressive. The account works solely on the app, which makes banking a breeze for a small business. Payments in and out are easily tracked, and you can even bank cheques using your phone.
