Saved my banking situation

I live across from the HSBC in Canary Wharf, so I see it almost everyday I wake up. I've had some-what a great experience from the get go, some-what because upon applying there were details that were missing on my part, besides that once they got all they needed from me, I'm was ready to go! Very good service and app. With excellent products attached

The HSBC kinetic business account is very helpful for me a small business owner. As it offers an overdraft, a credit card and a small business loan. It also has good customer service and an easy to use app. However the app would benefit from having the capability to write invoices and categorise payments. Other than that it’s great. Fast and easy

It took me 20 minutes to open the account, did not have to go to HSBC branch to open it, it’s online just at your finger print. It was too easy for me to complete the online application and it works great. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
