Patient with my new business and lack of money!

Since going self employed, I sometimes don't have all the money on the right days for paying the mortgage - times have been very tough, and HSBC have been pretty understanding and patient, removing much of the stress. They've allowed me to remove the Direct Debit and pay them when I have the money. The arrangement works and makes sure money only leaves my personal bank account when it's there and available. Easy

very good and good customer service

they are very sensitive to you and care about your every need, never have I felt unlistened to or not important to them they make you feel welcome and explain everything in terms that you and I can understand. And they always see to know what you are talking about even if you don't, they are never to busy for you and they always try to explain and make sure you understand as much as possible so they leave no room for doubt about anything. they send you regular letters and notes which are very helpful . all the staff members are helpful and friendly and so far I haven't spoken to any who have been rude or not nice, also they all seem to know what they are talking about and are very skill In their profiles. I have no need to doubt or not to trust them as other the year they have brought my trust up and I know my feelings and thoughts are safe with them and they will make improves on what's I say and I have seen this happen in my own time, they make time for you and you don't and have to wait around for long, they are very organised Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

It was okay

I bought my house and i needed a mortgage like most people and HSBC provided great mortgage rates for the house that i bought because i needed a mortgage, they helped me through all the difficult stuff for sorting out my loan. Would recommend Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

Unclear and Not great T&C. OD rates bad.

HSBC has not given me good service

Every time I visit HSBC bank to do my banking the tellers are rude and do not tend to all my banking needs and I have been there for ten years think it's time to switch to a new bank for now Reviewed on: 14th April 2015
