Friendly bank

I have been with HSDC Premier for over 5 years. Overall experience is good, probably because most of the time I just use their e-banking services. Contacting over the phone is easy, and I rarely need to go to the bank itself to sort things out personally. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

Standing order set-up got lost along the way

I went intro branch to hand in a standing order request form. After 2 weeks it still hadn't been set-up so I called up HSBC. They could see the scanned form, but weren't sure why it hadn't been set-up...so they did it on the phone. Solved the problem, but not something that I should have had to chase! HSBC recently drastically reduced employees in Premier which now makes it nothing more than a queue jump at a counter.

You used to have a dedicated premier manager in branch who you could directly email etc. they reduced the number of these premier managers drastically and now you just have a generic Premier phone number and counter in branch. I see no advantage to have Premier anymore. Reviewed on: 18th October 2014

Solid, useful account

The HSBC Premier Account is a good solid banking product with useful features. I'd like some more perks and to be able to have a higher daily cash withdrawal amount. Reviewed on: 9th October 2014

Excelence service across multiple countries

I first joined HSBC premier when I moved overseas, I have been very impressed not only with their service across several different markets, but the personal contact offered by their relationship managers. Reviewed on: 8th October 2014

Simple current account...I like that things just work!

I've had my current account with HSBC for years (they signed me up when I was 11...came into my school offering free footballs/rugby balls....worked!). Tend to offer a good service. I like the free travel insurance perk and they answer the phone pretty quickly too! Reviewed on: 4th October 2014
