Good value for money

Have used this company now for about 5 years and the renewal process is always really easy and the price is always competitive. Had to make one claim the first year and everything was really hassle free and again the following year, we found the renewal quote very reasonable and we hadn't been penalised - so happy customers! The best

Long handling times

I lost my phone on a holiday in Ibiza, reported it to the police and took all necessary steps to get my claim completed. I got requests from insureandgo for unnecessary further clarification, just that the actual phone value would drop meanwhile (refund is based on current market value). Also they responding to my messages and enquiries took way too long whilst the whole process. How do they justify paying refund based on current market value if it takes them weeks to reply to emails? Would not recommend this company to anyone. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019
