Simple straight forward travel insurance

Long handling times

I lost my phone on a holiday in Ibiza, reported it to the police and took all necessary steps to get my claim completed. I got requests from insureandgo for unnecessary further clarification, just that the actual phone value would drop meanwhile (refund is based on current market value). Also they responding to my messages and enquiries took way too long whilst the whole process. How do they justify paying refund based on current market value if it takes them weeks to reply to emails? Would not recommend this company to anyone. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019

Comprehensive and affordable travel insurance

Have used the same insurance over a number of years as the travel insurance covers all my needs. It automatically renews my annual insurance and gives me an additional discount for loyalty. Sends me all the necessary paperwork and an easy to carry card. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2019
