Review of the InsureandGo, Travel insurance:

Just Excellent!

I have been with InsureAndGo for almost 10 years now. The first time I used them back to 2009, my flight was delayed for almost two days due to heavy snow at the airport, my sister and I received 'flight delay' compensation immediately. I thought my next year insurance premium would be higher due to the claim (like some medical insurance!) but it wasn't, it was the same price. Then in 2015, very unfortunate, I had an accident when traveling in Japan. I had got all my medical bills reimbursed with little hassles. Again I thought my premium will be much higher the next year having made such claim but the price was still the same. ( in fact, I thought I had some discount off for being a loyal customer!) I have been with other travel insurance companies before, they almost make sure you could not be able to claim for the 'flight delay' compensation. I am very happy with InsureAndGo as I love traveling so I will definitely continue to use them. I have already recommended them to my family. Reviewed on: 7th August 2019

Trusty Travel Insurance

We missed our flight to Malta on our very first family holiday abroad due to several issues. I was so upset, I cried! Luckily, we were insured with Insure and Go, so we eventually received compensation & instead of increasing our annual travel insurance the next year, they still gave us a 10% discount! Excellent products and service every time

We use InsureanGo every time we travel as my son has a medical condition and we were recommended to them., The prices always come out fairly, in my opinion, and I don't feel like I am being penalised like I do with other companies wanting to travel abroad with my son. Good and reasonably priced

I have used this company for several years for my travel insurance. I have been impressed with their rates, both for single trips and for annual policies, and with the ease of choosing and setting up the policy you want, to provide the desired level of cover. Great cover at a good price

I’ve been using InsureandGo for many years now because the cover is just what I need and it’s all for a great price. Admittely I’ve never had to claim, but I can only judge on the above. If I had one criticism, it’s that some of the questions I had to answer on the phone when renewing were so laborious and unnecessary, but maybe that was just one particular person.
