After enquiring with other companies InsureandGo came up with the best cover for the best price. Purchased annual world wide over the phone and agent was very helpful regarding pre-existing medical conditions and cruise cover. Used previously for single trips and have recommended friends. OK UNTIL YOU HAVE TO CLAIM

HAD THIS TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR MANY YEARS WITHOUT CLAIMING BUT THIS YEAR WE HAD TO CLAIM FOR A CANCELLED HOLIDAY DUE TO BREAST CANCER & A DOUBLE MASTECTOMY. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. THEIR CLAIMS DEPT IS RUN BY TRAVEL CLAIMS SERVICES LTD & THEY ARE TERRIBLE. THEY THINK THEY ARE PAYING ME OUT £56.29 FOR A £358.79 CLAIM & CLOSING THE CASE WELL THEY CAN THINK AGAIN. WILL NEVER HAVE INSURANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AS THEY ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019
