With them I feel safe travelling the world

I’ve been a customer for over a year and a half. Before I chose InsureandGo I didn’t have an insurance at all. Risky I know, I finally made myself get one and InsureandGo just seemed like the perfect fit. I can get an affordable travel insurance that covers me all around the globe. Once it was time to renew my insurance they simply emailed me a quote of the next payment and said that if I’m happy with that I don’t have to do anything. Couldn’t have been more simple for me. Brilliant support for repatriation

Last August I was taken seriously ill on the way to Thailand. The aircraft had to make an emergency landing in Georgia. The assistance my wife and I received from MAPFRE , the Medical Assistance company was absolutely first class. The hotel my wife stayed in was chosen due to its proximity to the hospital. MAPFRE also arranged extensive medical treatment to ensure I was safe to be repatriated in the company of a doctor who was flown out from the UK. This was a frightening time for my wife and the care and support by way of phone and email communication from MAPFRE was exemplary. Once we returned home the claim for curtailing our holiday was met in full which included covering the additional cost of having to purchase some clothing as our luggage continued its journey to the Far East without us ! One never knows how good a travel insurance company is until one has to make a claim. I would always recommend Insureandgo and continue to use them for my travel insurance. Wonderfully simple

Booking travel insurance with insureandGo was easily the simplest thing about arranging my holiday. I have a couple of health conditions that needed declaring and the process was very simple and the price was very reasonable. Over all a great service. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Painless claim

We were very unfortunate to cancel our holiday to California due to my wife getting an infection. I was dreading having to claim as I have always had insurance but always thought they would try their hardest not to pay out.
