A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. My favourite black card

I got approved JAJA card when it was very urgent financial situation. It helped me to cover my daily bills and all. And this black card is so attractive, whenever I tap in shops they treat me like a premium customer. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
