A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Excellent credit card

Frankly, it’s my first card and it offers a high limit at the start. Additionally, the cash back challenges are really useful in our daily lives. I am fully support to jaja everyone have to use no issue in balance transfer, no issue in making payments, yes sometime it's take little loger to credit amount, but I am sure they will definitely do something for this. Overall, I am not promoting I didn't get any reward for typing this review. Its just my personal experience I share with others. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
