A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. My favourite credit card

Jaja is so easy to use, has an excellent app that notifies me when I use my card and I live that I can pay with my phone. I have also had good credit limit increases at decent intervals by keeping in my limit and paying on time. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
