A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Jaja has always been a reliable card

Jaja has always been a reliable card and ive never had an issue with them, they have monthly "tasks" that you can complete for getting further rewards when you use your card or do fun little questionnaires every month. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
