A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Really happy with my JAJA credit card so far. The app is easy to use, everything is clear, and it’s simple to keep track of spending and payments. I like that managing the card feels straightforward and not overly complicated. Payments show clearly, the account is easy to monitor, and overall it’s been a smooth experience.
