Review of the Kroo, Current Account:

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Do not use this bank, I repeat do not use this bank. Aside from the poor non existent customer service and complaints team. They will suspend your account for no reason, request bank information from your other bank (one of my other banks which I provided them has been suspiciously blocked and I have no access), the team who does review are not customer facing, I have had no access to my money since 1st Aug. I’m not allowed to close my account whilst this review is ongoing, so essentially they are holding my money hostage. I’m not only one that they have done this to, check out their TrustPilot for more experiences like mine and also check out this employee review as it seems like they are not following the correct guidelines and wonder if the FOS, FCA and other regulatory bodies are aware of it https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Reviews/Employee-Review-Kroo-United-Kingdom-RVW80841314.htm. Helps to save ine every way

Simple UI and onboarding process

Kroo equals Simplicity.

Everything about Kroo is simplistic. No fancy frills and gimmicks. They tell you as it happens, which is good to know, and don’t pull the wool over your eyes either. The actual setting up of your account is also very understanding. You get to pick your own PIN number, when setting up the account, so no going to the nearest hole in the wall to change the issued pin with one you will remember. Kroo makes it very easy to transfer money from account to account and it takes seconds to do. All in all would I recommend Kroo to anyone, “You bet your bottom dollar” I would. Plus with all this hassle free setup and service makes for a safe haven to keep using Kroo as your bank. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
