Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. ONE OF THE BEST BANKS

I find Kroo one of the best banks with higher interest rates, easy to use banking app, especially when you use your card and get a message straight away. Also on the one occasion I needed to contact Kroo, the phone was answered straight away and the staff member dealt with my issue professionally and promptly. Great bank. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
