Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. OK until you need to get in touch with them

If Kroo block a payment don't expect them to send it back to the sender anytime soon, oh and you can't talk directly to anyone in Kroo who can help. Approach with care. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Top Interest on a current account

Simple to use; excellent value.

App was easy to download and offers interest rates for instant access savings/current account at least double that of the high street banks.. Interest rates actually follow the base rate changes up rather than giving themselves 6 months to pocket additional revenue before passing on to customers like the other banks.
