Fantastic to get decent interest on current account.

Although it took a little while to get the account opened because of its popularity, I have since become a big fan. It’s so heartwarming to see some interest added to a current account each month. New to Kroo

My wife and I were attracted to the convenience of the new phone app current account with Kroo, the very attractive interest rate paid as well the provision of a debit card and instant access. The account was unsurprisingly popular with the public and our applications were delayed. However, we were patient and Kroo were kind enough to compensate us for the delay by an ex gratia payment of £10 into the account. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Kroo transition to a fully bank from an e-money service within a short time frame was amazing and astonishing

I’m not reviewing Kroo this much so I can be incentivized, nahh. I’ve been using the services when it was an e-money service, I like the fact that they started off on low carbon footprint (which is a positive move by a FinTech startup yet to reach its unicorn status, anyways I like that they enable you check your credit score within the app without affecting it, ermm the app UX is simple, frictionless and intuitive that no techie can get used to in secs. If they can provide independent international wire transfer service, it would place on a high bar to complete with giants like Monzo, Revolut and Starling.
